i was told that there is a new material that u can use to cover the floor of an ousdide deck which has no roof above it ( in my case a second floor flat deck) that will seal and waterproof it . The product is something like linolium..This product has a 10 year warantee Does anyone know the name of this product ?
There is probably 20 of them.. Grace has some excellent waterproofing products. Probably a 60mil barrier.

I'm confused. You have a deck built on top of a flat roof?
If so, your always going to have problems.
Good point Grumpy.. I was assuming it was open below to another deck or patio... or at least was hoping :)

We use a product up here called DuraDeck

We have been using with a great deal of success for about 10 years now.
