Anyone hear of or use 'Bolt-A-Block' ?

Hello,
I stumbled upon this system of custom MCU's that utilize steel bars and bolts for assembly which might work for me to repair/replace a perimeter foundation built w/o rebar.
I've been on the lookout for some reports on it's use.

Thanks for the link. It's an interesting product. Overall, it seems like it has a lot of potential, but I have two concerns right off the bat. First, the footing is only as wide as the wall (approx 8"). I suppose you could pour your own footing, getting around this problem. Second, it seems like water could easily penetrate the joints. I realize that this type of wall can be waterproofed like any other foundation wall, but if the waterproofing ever tore, water would leak in pretty easily.

First, the footing is only as wide as the wall (approx 8").
If you go through the videos/photos you'll see some installations with the footer blocks laid perpendicular,giving a 'double wide'. But yeah,for me a poured footing seems mandatory.

Second, it seems like water could easily penetrate the joints.
Yeah that's kinda problematic isn't it.They do show a system of draining from inside the block down to a weephole but I feel even less enthused about mold growing inside the MSU's.
Here in California I won't worry too much about the rain (except that we've been wet all March).

Only as a gimmick could it get a rating better than zero and only because of dramatics on one of the dumb videos.

There is no way it can be as strong as a conventional wall, it is much slower to build, more costly, so why go through the gymnastics on a "pie in the sky" gimmick? - just another "tinker-toy"/Lego solution to real world problems.
