Put in new drainage around the footing of the foundation. The sandstone that is there is straight and level on the inside, but the outside of the wall is very uneven. Some stone sticks out almost a foot further than others and is that way all around. Anyone have a good idea what a good spray sealant/waterproofing would be? Been searching all over, but nothing I am finding is really meant for sandstone. Any ideas would be helpful.

Sandstone? Wow. . . All I'm thinking off the top of my head is some kind of epoxy resin. The stone would have to be really clean, and I imagine you'd want something that sets slowly, so it has time to soak into the stone a ways. Or perhaps a foam of some sort.

If you can find it, you could also use something similar to Surfapore C Patio & Natural Stone Sealer, or any other nanotechnology good stuff.

I get mine from Europe.

The foam is a good idea because it will bond to the stone readily and provide excellent waterproofing and insulation value.
