hoping for some help in the layout of a winder stair case, thinking 3 treads that would turn 90 deg... space is at a premium and i need to move an existing stair and redesign to make it work a lil better...anyone built winders? that can give me some pointeres...thanks..

my rise is approx 97 1/2" and my run is limited too 113

Bear in mind that the narrow side of the winder treads cannot be less than 6", The treads need to be at least 10" at the walkline 12" from the narrow side, all winder treads shall be within 3/8" tread width at the 12" walkline.

If you need some further layout help sketch and dimension the available area.

this is one sketch of what i had in mind...ignore the dimensions and # of treads

the 2nd pic is one of the layouts i played with for the 3 winders...its 40" by 40" narrowed for a 36" stair

It looks like you're on the right track. The narrow side needs to be opened up to 6" and then in an arc following the 12" walkline the treads need to be equal in depth.

treads are all the same at 12" walk line...prbly just an illusion in the pic

You arent getting what don-p is saying. You have a code violation problem in that the min. Width the tread can be at the inside is 6 inches but your drawing shows far less.
