How to construct a false eyebrow dormer

Help!
I am looking to add some architectural relief to my roof (needs to be reshingled anyway). I want to construct a false eyebrow dormer on my roof. How do I frame this? Dormer roof is curved radius, how do I sheet this and shingle it? Roofline of dormer will be arched, height of the arch will be 18 to 20" max. width of the dormer at the base will be approx 6'.
Any ideas or better yet any sketches or drawings?

These are pretty easy to build and can be "applied" over the roof sheathing. I'll see if I can put together a few drawings for you.
