I spent the $100 and went to LLC, gues I should have gone .Inc so I could be "CEO" instead of "President"

Let's see.....I'm CEO, owner, president, accountant, payroll manager, personnel manager, board toter, scheduler, operations manager, logistics manager.

When you own your own business, you gotta do it all, unless you're just fortunate enough to have business just falling into your lap so that you can afford to hire bunches of people.

I work 50-60 hours per week just to stay afloat. I work my tail off every day, drenched in sweat before noon usually. But, I wouldn't go back to work for anybody else now. I love what I do, and that's all that matters to me right now.

Oh, and welcome to the forum. I'm really a nice guy...just tired today I guess. Didn't mean to sound so gruff.

IMO CEO is a fancy word. LOL I don't think you should be able to call yourself CEO unless you are public and Fortune 100. Otherwise you are just president.

On my letters of Incorporation I am listed as president and director. On my business cards I am listed as Project Manager. When I run out of cards I am changing that to "Team Leader & Technical Advisor"
