Stairs

I have been so busy working on my own home and have forgot about this site.
I have a question that maybe someone can help on. I have stairs that are framed for carpet but have decided I don't want carpet anymore. They have about a 1-2 in lip on each step. Can Laminate flooring(such as Pergo) be installed on stairs? Or is there another alternative that works well on stairs?

Yes it can, But it might have to be cut to fit in certain places. Pergo does offer a stairnose piece for your 1-2 inch lip. It is a tough job, but if you are confident in urself to make it look good than go for it, but if not it, would be best to hire a professional.

Very good point just put a runner of carpet down the stairs and it will look great.
