If horror customers count I have a list. INfact around the office we use past customers names like insults. "You just pulled a Trulis." or "Don't be an Ivachsahenko."

I can tell you about how my former best friend tried to screw me out of $5,500 on a sub job.

You bet customers count. There are always good client stories. When I have time to write the novel about this one couple in Montana i will. Whew!
