If it's water based, how does it stop water from getting through ?
And can it be applied right after the forms are stripped ?
Still learning
Do you have a product name?

When they say water based they are usually refering to a latex product were a amonia is the solvent. The amonia is mixed with water to keep latex coatings liquid. When the water and amonia evaporate it leaves an impermiable surface.

Thanks for the reply. Rain today so they didn't show. I found out that they used Wall-Guard brand. They had used the green stuff but switch to a water based because of safty concerns. So I don't know if Wall-Guard makes the latex kind.
