need help asap...for my son

my son is in career orientated high school. He has a project that has to show pictures of work related safety violations. We have had no success online locating any. Can anyone help us? His career he has chosen is masonry.

We changed a bulb in our warehouse last year. This is my boss on the Ladder.


This year, we had a scissor lift in the warehouse when the landlord updated fire alarms, took advantage of it and changed all the others.
