blade shaft bolt and retainer for a craftsman miter saw

for a little 8 1/4" sears craftsman compound miter saw how do i get replacement bolt and retainer for the blade/shaft ?

smaller diameter shaft than on a normal circular saw i found out- the hard way,

its not very old of a saw, i cant find any model number on it, its not repainted or worn or anything
