I posted a previous querry about waterproofing. They came out and sprayed yesturday. The guy didn't know the name, I guess he was just a lacky. It's a shinny black water based rubberized stuff. It's supposed to be somewhat thick to where you can make an indentation in it. The guy told me that last week when he was stripping the forms. I checked it out and most places are 1/16- 1/8 thick, but there are some places where you can see the white of the wall show through(thin as paint) and some places where it's 1/2 thick. I think it's where he turned on/off the sprayer. Will the areas where it's thin be a problem ? Should I have them come back and fix those areas. Are lot has ground water and very clayey soil. Thanks

I would have them come back and fix it. No reason to let them do it half-a**ed.

thanks for the reply Rich, I found out that it's Epro system ecobase II membrane. It does seem uneven in some places but most it's about the thickness of a dime. Ill probably go to the depot and buy something there to patch where I'm worried about. Calling them back may be overkill. I will bring it up with my G.C. tomarrow and see what he'll do. Thanks

The manufacturer specifies that this system should be a minimum of 60 mils thick. If it wasn't applied to that thickness it is resonable and not overkill to ask them to come back and meet that requirement.
