From-a-drain?

Have you had any experience using form-a-drain? (Footer forms and french drains all in one). My excavator suggested it and I was wondering what kind of benefits there were and if there were any draw backs. :?:

I've never used it myself. But have heard good things about it and it "looks" like it would work fine. I have no idea what the cost difference between that and a typical perforated pipe system would be.
