Today is my 27th birthday. I plan to be worth 1 mil in net assets by the time I a 35. I plan to partially retire when I am 45.
In 5 years (2009) I plan to have about 5 sales reps working under me. In 10 years (2014) I plan to have my company franchised regionally across IL, WI and IN.
I will acheive my goals by positive growth steps which will occur yearly. My retirement will be based heavily on two things. a) investment in rental real estate. b) the current building boom in my neighborhood of over 5000 houses last year alone that will all need roof and siding replacement in 20 years :)
