Kay, I know this is a construction forum, but due to the quality of the website I figure somebody must know how to put one together. Here's my dilema. I've created a website for an association I compete in. One thing we wanted was to allow members to register for the next competition via the website. Save are secretary about a hundred phone calls on deadline night. I have one working but it uses your defaul email such as outlook, to send an email message to our secretary. Most of our competitors are cowboys, and aren't exactly computer literate. A large majority have web-base email, so their registration notice doesn't get sent. How do I program the page to use the sites email capabilities rather than the users? I've looked for a Java Applet to do this, but can't find one that sends the code so that the fields can say what I want them too. Heres the link, if that helps anybody to figure a solution: http://www.urcha.com/Registration.htm
Again, sorry bout the off subject posting, would appreciate any help. Oh, and update, the house is unfortunatley on hold, til my husbands business gets going. Too many irons in the fire.

If you have php installed on your server I would choose one of these. Most of them are excellent - just find one that automatically parses all inputs without customizing the script - only the html portion of it.

There are many free ones on there. Let me know if you need anything else - I'd be glad to help.

Reining eh? That's great. Never been involved in it personally - but really respect the relationship b/w horse and rider. I've done quite a bit of team roping, team penning and sorting, etc.

Thanks for the info. I'll give take a look when I can find time. We also do quite a bit of cow work, cutting, and fence work. It's a total blast. Do a little team penning through the winters just to keep the horses thinking about it.

Good thinking.. our penning horses we take to hunting camp so they won't think about it.. haha. Gives them a good break.. we used to use them strictly for team penning and we found they got a little hot headed (barn sour). That' why we went to team sorting - not so stressful on them. They stay pretty calm when reining don't they? They seem like they are calm anyway.

Reiners actually tend to get "Centerphobia" They get so used to something happening in the center of the pen that they anticipate or get chargy through it. I guess theres a delicate balance in all the sports. I'd say the cutters are the funnest though. What a rush to be on a good cutter, sit back, or rather deep, and enjoy the ride.

I would probably agree, even though I've never done it. It is cool to watch. We had a DocBar horse that would've done well - he was one heck of a penner.

Thanks for the help cr-admin. Think I found several versions of just what I needed, now if I ever find the time this thing will actually work. And my "computer geek" husband got pretty excited about the php stuff. I think you made his life easier too.
