24x32 Cabin Estimate

Hi Everyone this is my first post.

I am hoping you guys could help me out with planning for building my new cabin. We are planning on doing a lot of the work ourselves, but I just wanted to see if I was on track as far as what I am estimating or if I'm way off base.

The cabin is 24x32 with 1,100 sq ft and will be built in Mass. From what I have been reading this was my understanding:
a septic system and water well run about $5,000 each
average labor costs for electrical are about $4.00/sq ft
average labor costs for plumbing are about $3.00/sq ft

I was hoping someone could help me out on what I should estimate for a basement for the cabin or simply a slab foundation

Any additional help or suggestions would be appreciated.

Basement is probably running around $10,000-15,000 .. monolithic slab probably around 6,000 - 10,000.
Your other estimates are probably pretty close +/-.
