Fill Cracks in Block Wall

In a severe storm, the downspout for the gutter fell off and water pooled up next to the foundation and seeped in the finished basement. Now that I've done excavating for my addition I revealed some cracks in my existing foundation wall and I need to fill them, but not sure what to use.
