what would be the cost for foundation/excavation for a 32x32 two floors/basement with a 24x24 garage in it, 16x24 extension 1 floor high ceilling, around here concrete is $150 c/m, would the garage and extension have to be 8' too...thanks

Nobody can give you a price. Way to many many variables. I assume you are in Canada because you mention metre's but prices to do the work bounce all over the scale. If you live in a depressed area where people need the work you can get a cheap price. If they are busy you will get screwed. Even where I live , prices change weekly.
The price to do a job in your area applies only to your area and it won't stay still either.
