Is it too late to install vinyl windows in NE Penna now

Help! Is it too late to install vinyl windows in NE Penna now that the daytime temps are mid 40's to 50's? I've been told that the ideal time to install windows is when temps are in the 60'-70's so that the aluminum framing on the outside can be bent easily. True? What are the 'best' conditions' for installing vinyl windows?

Not a bit. Window installers work all year around in all kinds of conditions.
In the winter, the installers will try to keep the opening in the wall open for as little time as possible, but 40's and 50's are no problem at all.
Heck, up where I am they work when the temperature is well below zero.
