I am building a furniture piece(wine cabinet) that requires R20(sides) and R30 Top/bottom rigid foam insulation. The local home depot types don't ahve this. Anyone have suggestions as to where to look? Will I need to special order it? And how thick can i expect it to be.

Thnx, Tim in Houston

Look in the Yellow Pages under

Extruded foams (SM type) are about R4.8 per inch. Expanded (E.P.S. - bead types) are about R3.8 per inch.
