Steeve,
First of all, you don't mention if you are talking prices from a builder, or prices for yourself. If you are talking a builder, why don't you just get a few quotes and find out? If you are talking about building it yourself, I suggest you do more homework on your own. When I planned out my house, I figured out materials down to the last stud and sheet of plywood. Result? Almost done with the roof, and I'm still under budget. Doing that also forced me to understand exactly how everything would come together. Throwing rough guesses at it won't get you to that level.

Again, there's not even close to enough information to put forth an educated guess.

i want to build it my self if i can, but it's not going to happen before next year. but for sur i want to be my own GC.i dont want to get real estimates now, makes no sense.for the time being i m asking question to get a rough idea for budgeting...finishing the interior i will, dont mind living on plywood...but i dont think i ll have a month off to do the framing. i want to plan ahead to be ready for anything, construction today is like a jungle, everything depends on work load.i have to start somewhere, that's why i m in this furum...

In that case, I will stick to my argument that you do more homework. Figure out an exact materials list, and put it in a spreadsheet. That will give you a an easy way to update it later when/if materials costs change. BTW, if you can buy your lumber during the winter, do it! 7/16 OSB was up to $17 here in the height of summer. It's now $10.

I framed my first floor in about 4 days, exterior and interior walls. That floor is 1100 ft2, with quite a few partitions. Each subfloor, using TJIs and 3/4" T&G took me about a week. I had a beam in half o the floor, which slowed me down. After another couple days for the second floor exterior walls, I started on the roof. A month later, I'm almost done with the roof. I will never frame my own roof again, will definitely use trusses next time.

The more information you have going into it, the better off you will be...

Almost just me. Had help actually raising exterior walls, and laying subfloor sheathing.
