The warehouse I want to build has 3 walls on the property line which must be 2 hour rated. 190 linear total by 20 foot high.
My choices are;
A. Stud wall would be 2x6 with two 5/8 sheetrock layers each side.
B. Block would be 8x8x16 grey with cement core and rebar.
190 linear total by 20 foot high.
Which would cost least?
