Interior Prehung Door Installation

Building a cabin and will be installing Pergo on the floor. Rock is hung and taped. So the question is, Doors before Floors and make sure door will swing over Pergo, or Floors before Doors?

I install doors and trim first and paint then install floor in a pergo type situation. Cut spacer blocks and use them under the jamb and baseboard.
