T-lok shingles question

I have done a lot of roofing over the years but have never installed T-lock shingles. We are going to use them on our new house due to high winds in the area.

Can you lace the valleys with T-loks just like with regular 3 tab shingles?

I do believe T-Lok were developed for roof over appllications.
