Cole is your #1 cheerleader. :)
Maybe I am so what  , I really just want some new members so we have more to talk about. Im getting tired of all you :P jk
the real reason is because I feel like a thread whore :D
There are some good discussions going on there though - on the business side of construction.
I agree, if you want to learn more about how a construction company operates or how to be able to perform better as a company. Teamcontractor.com is for you.
BTW - it is pay for use of the forum (to keep it to contractors only). You also get a listing in the directory and are able to receive project leads in your location (just starting to get a couple).

so you have to be a contractor to use it, even if you pay?
No I think ( rich can correct me ) but you do not have to have a company to be a member. You can join if you are in the construction industry.

I don't see why you'd want to pay if your not a contractor but I sometimes see very narrow sighted.
You're right Cole. It wouldn't make sense if you weren't in the construction industry but would if you work in construction or own a company. In light of that I agree with Grumpy too though.

The same reason I'm on here... to learn.
