guesstimate cost to build...

My family has some land near a lake, that has been empty for almost 20 years.

My father always wanted to build a small house on the land, but he abandoned the idea. I figure I can pick up where he left off and build a small cottage for family use.

I found this http://chp6.coolhouseplans.com/details.html?pid=chp-936&FoundID=1&sid=chp1 house plan. The web site says expect to spend $95k to build it.

What do you think I could be looking to spend to build a house similiar to the URL above?

I've built a cabin, fully finished except for carpet, around 600 sf remodel with a 600 sf addition. The remodel was about 42 / sf and the addition was 47/sf. I could see around 50,000 to build as a cabin that will be used every so often. Of course I look at a cabin a little differently than most. I think a cabin you should have to rough it a little anyway.
To build it as a home to be used all the time you are probably looking at 60-70k to build it yourself.
