Question about salary

Any of you have an idea of the salary range of someone who is a construction manager with about 5 years experience? I've been hearing somewhere between $75k-120k per year. Is that realistic, and if so, is the high salary due to the difficulty of the job, or simply because there is a huge void of qualified applicants? Thank you.

Maybe 75k with all the benefits and bonuses, gas, dinners, etc. :) . I've been with this company for about 3 years with 20 years behind me and with all the benefits, expense accounts, vehicle, bonuses I don't quite make that much.
Honestly there are too many variables to come to a close number... it really depends on what company you are with and how much they need a good manager.
