do i need to frame out access for every clean-out in the drain stack? the basement i am in has the sewer line running across two walls and running out through another wall at ankle hieght. it has many new taps and every one has a cleanout, amounting to one every six feet or so, can i wall past some of these that are redundant or is do i have to allow access to every one. i am more concerned with code requirements (nj) as oppossed to convieince since many are redundant.
