Builders Risk Insurance

Any tips or advice on insuring my cabin while in the building stage?
It is out of state(Ky) and myself and a friend who lives in the area are going to build.
Of course I will have to continue coverage on it after it is built. Is it common to have the same company insure during the building process and continue coverage after built?
Any leads on reliable insurance companies?

I would probably contact an insurance broker and have them find you the cheapest insurance. All insurance companies are snakes IMO - so I tend to just find the cheapest one :)
