What is everyones favorite finish? Is it shellac, wipe-on poly, lacquer, a combination of shellac and wax? If your choice isn't shown above please provide an explanation. I realize that there are many different types of finishes for each type of wood and for what that piece would be used for - but give me a general idea of maybe the best bang for the buck.
