I feel kind of silly asking this because i am used to fixing any problems around my house myself. However, my sister who lives in Chicago. She has a section of her basement wall she is worried about as it has a bow in it. It sounds like it is an interior wall near where her plumbing stack is. Not positive though. at any rate her plumbing backed up recently and she is worried if this may be the result of that. She and her husband were wondering who to call to look at this and give a bid. I assummed a remodeling contractor but i don't know if there is a better suggestion. I won't be in the area for a month or too and she is wanting get this taken care of. I am only worried if this wall is for some reason load bearing so i told he i'd look into finding her someone to do it. If anyone is from the area, wheaton to be specific, and knows of a reputible person or company i would appreciate it.
