I'm selecting a builder for a 2000 sq ft Colonial in NE.
I have all differences in quotes worked out but am down to differences in windows.

One is going to use a Marvin Integrity line, which I've found a lot of good words on right here in Doors and Windows forum.

The other plans on using a Peachtree 300 series.
He claims that Marvins are too expensive for the product and that Peachtree makes a great product at a lesser cost. Marketing material at peachtreedoor.com looks good but I'd like to have some professional advice.

Any input?

Thanks.

Opinions are like a-holes, everyone has one.

Having said that this a-hole really doesnt like the Peachtree doors and windows that I have run across.

I know at one point Peachtree was on their way to being able to compete - but IMO they never got there. I'm with Dragon. The 2 pieces in your home that will cost you money after your home is built are windows/doors and insulation. Can't go wrong with a window/door made in Minnesota - Warroad isn't too far from the coldest place in the US :)
