About your home furnace.

What kind of furnace do you have? Forced air or gravity heat?
Do you usually have problems with it?
If so, how often does it break down and what kind of problems usually?

Forced air. Never had any problems with it - 7 years old. Hooked up an a/c split system and never had any problems with that either.
After reading your 3 posts, so far, I would suggest you sell the house asap and get into something a little more user friendly... just kidding.

Well we are actually gonna be moving out of the house in a few months. It needs a lot of repairs totaling about nearly $70,000 to $100,000
