hanging joists from masonry wall

I have 13ft block wall in my A frame shop and want to install a wood floor 10ft up. What is the best method to install a ledger board or steel support for the floor joists. I am not sure if all blocks are filled.

Look at this page for masonry expansion anchors for filled or hollow block... http://www.bestnutsbolts.com/anchors.html
With those anchors you can apply a ledger board to the wall and then use simpson joist hangers for the floor joists.
