My contractor promised to build my home to the "Good Cents" standard. I have found it difficult to find information on these standards. I am particulary concerned with the R values of the Air duct my builder is using (its only R4). What are the good cents standards for this - or at least would would you recommend that i use at minimum. Also, what are good cents standard R values for walls and ceiling? Is house wrap or insulation board required? Thanks in advance for your help.
