Hip Roof on Gazebo Rafter Sizing

I am planning the build of a 18' X 18' freestanding four column gazebo. The roof will be a ~21' X 21' 4/12 regular hip roof with cement tile @
~10 lbpsqft plus decking. I live in Arizona so snow load is not an issue.
My question is what are the recommended rafter sizes for the hips and commons and also for the header from post to post? I was planning on
24" on center and 4" X 12" for the headers and 4" X 10"s for the hips and 4" X 8"s for the commons. Does this sound about right ?
