handleing carpet

Does anyone have any tips, tricks or suggestions on how to handle or move carpet around by yourself while its still rolled up? With two people its a breeze but by yourself can be a struggle at times.

Get a couple mat rollers.. or 2 shop rollers and strap the carpet to it.
