Just to let everyone know that Team Contractor is making a few changes to drum up some further contractor interest. The main change will be dropping the monthly charge for use.

Some things that we want to keep to a minimum is homeowner signups. Not that we don't appreciate the interaction but we have this Construction Resource to take care of the DIY and Q/A stuff. We would like to keep Team Contractor to business talk only.

If anyone is interested I'm letting teamcontractor go - For Sale with all images, scripting, articles, domain, etc... make an offer.

It generates a little cashflow from google ads. I just don't have enough time to maintain it and have it do what it's capable of.
