For the last year I have been renovating a house about 3 hours from where I live and we just sold it. Actually the closing date is in 10 days. Anyways, while I've been at this new town, Port Alberni, I have got some renovation work on the side but some people want to see what I have done in the past so I' decided to buy a digital camera. I've decided to give up my big wooden box camera on a tripod where I hide under a black tent and put in huge photographic slides.
The camera I bought is very small and I need my glasses on just to see what buttons to push let alone read any information that appears on the screen. As far as connecting it to the computer I have to wait for the wife ( who is the the blight........ I mean the light of my life) to get over her migraine.
I want to take some pictures of the house before it sells and the bathrooms that I am doing now. I might even take some pictures of things I DIDN'T do because if I had the opportunity i COULD do it.
Either way, I'm enjoying it............I think. I even took a picture of my self on the toilet this morning and played with the enlargement feature. The camera I mean.......in case you were thinking trashy.
My new toy. Wouldn't have bought it if we hadn't sold the house. A friend came along with me just to see me spend money. I have a reputation as being somewhat..... frugal. My word, not his.
