house wrap

When a framer is done framing a house, does he usually wrap it too or
is that the job of the stucco/siding guy? Will the framer also wrap the roof
or is that left to the roofing guy?

It really depends on how you have your project setup. Comes down to who's scope the barriers are in.

If your getting stucco, lots of the time they do their own housewrap starting with the windows.

My framer installs and flashes the windows and exterior doors, he wraps the house, and applies the roofing felt, all as part of our framing package.

This will vary from framer to framer... And will also depend on what is the prevailing practice in your area.
