I have 2 bay windows (Pella) that have heavy condensation between the 2 glass panes. The exterior metal flashing has separated from the exterior glass pane on all the windows and the bottom sill of 1 of the bay windows is significantly rotted. I think there is water damage to the bottom sills of the other bay as well. I know I need to replace the rotted bay but is there any way to salvage the other? We bought the house 2 years ago and didn't notice this problem until this winter. Any thoughts/ideas greatly appreciated!
