Yep. I passed my electrical and plumbing inspections today, got my closed-loop radiant system filled and pressurized today as well. Insulating on sunday, starting drywall monday. Hecticity.

Sold one property and just bought another plus redoing the condo I live in PLUS figuring a way to do reno's full time. Bought new tires for truck. Signed up for 2 cell phones. Sister-in-law on holiday for 3 weeks and giving her the grand tour. Other than that....................I ain't doin' nuttin'
