Where's this water comming from ?

I'm getting evidence of water in the basement around the corners of the poured walls. The foam expansion strips are still in place, but some water still made it to the sump. Seems around these corners it gets out of the french drain and some water stains creeping up where the ridges of wall where the forms were torn off. We have a finish grade but no grass yet and downspouts with no splash blocks. We have both interior and exterior permiter drains which goes to daylight. Also waterproofing not not standard black paint stuff. We have an amazing storm last weekend ans got about 3 inches of rain in that short time. I'm also assituated on top of two springs. In fact the footings sit on 10 inches of cruched gravel. Anyway trying to figures out if its surface water or ground water or both. I will take some pics tonight and post tomarrow.
