me and my 2 brothers live in jacksonville,fl.we've just started our own concrete and framing co.we worked for a general con. for 14 years.we do everything from colums,foundations,tie beams,any type rough framing from walls to roofs[conventional to truss]sheeting and all we know how to fiugre up what we need.like how much wood or concrete.we know how much for materials.but what to charge per sq.ft for any of the subjects above.like do you charge per sq.ft of wall or of whole house for rough framing.we also tie our own rebar and place concrete.thanks :D

I wouldn't charge per sf of anything. Each project has it's own complexities and nuances.. give a lump sum price for the project. If you can figure the amounts and know how fast you can put it in place - then you're sitting good.
