rough in inspection in NY

what are some of the things the inspector will check for at the rough in inspection?

Panel bond screw, panel clearance, romex clamps, appropriate gauge wire for breaker ampacity, GFCIs in bathrooms, AFCIs in bedrooms, smoke detectors, presence of outlets outside in front and back of house, switched lighting in every room, 6 ft rule on wall outlets, 2 ft rule on kitchen countertop, etc. He may look at box fill.

just have to move 2 outlet boxes that would have been over an elect. base board heater.
