How tall will this building be? It looks huge!

The foundation walls range from 16' to 19' tall. That includes a 24" grade beam. Actual ceiling height in the lower level will be 10'. Most of the additional space is taken up with steel beams and ductwork. Overall height of building from lower level floor to peak of roof will be about 57'. Above ground height will be about 44' to peak of roof. Total SF is 22,081 including mechanical rooms but not including garage.
