getting walls plumb

whats the easiest way to get walls plumb when framing tip up walls? Is there much of a strength advantage to framing tip up walls verses toenailing the studs in place?

I typically plumb the corners to perfection while doing the wall framing and only brace between corners. Right before roof trusses I will line the top plates and plumb one side with full braces.
Then as I am installing trusses I'll line the "free" side and plumb everything as I install each truss.
