New construction in FT. Lauderdale, Florida

Does anyone know how much will the construction of 6 story building of approx 60,000 sq.ft will cost or the cost of per sq.ft.

Any input will be appreciated.

No really, it is so hard to give you a real number because we cant see the plans, specs, etc...

Most residential builders in Ft. Myers (other coast) are charging $100 a sq.ft. I'd guess that Ft. Lauderdale will cost more and commercial will probably cost even more than that.

Typical office type building cost is 130 / sf.. and then depending on finishes can go up from there.
