I'm building a house with the intention to sell when it's done. I'm looking to have the house sketched and have landscaping added to the sketch in order to put it up outside the building while in construction. Maybe I can land a buyer before it's done. Can anyone tell me the correct term for that is? and maybe where I should look to get it done? Any help in greatly appreciated.

Top-down view is a site plan (or landscapeing plan if you like) face-on is referred to as an "elevation"
Architectural Technologists or draftspersons are happy to draft these up for you professionally or you could try your hand at several of the off-the-shelf dsign software packages (I like Punch Architectural Series 4000 myself)

Architectural Illustrators
Cole might be able do do a rendering, but it sounds like you want an illustration.
