remodel template for microsoft project

Hi, I am searching for a remodel template for MS Project... I found a residential new construction template that I am trying to modify, but it would be much easier if I could start with something closer to what I'm going to be doing.

I think it would be really hard to put together something like that. Unlike building a structure, remodels can have infinite permutations depending upon what you're doing.
